We endeavor to provide this high-quality service while respecting your right to privacy and use the information provided us within the terms of our service agreement.

Information We May Collect

In order for us to offer the services we provide, it is necessary for us to collect a certain amount of information about your institution. Some of the information may be non-public in nature, and it is our duty to protect all private information. Some examples of information collected may include, but not be limited to:
  • Information on the institution’s financial status.
  • Information on student applications, which may include highly personal financial information.
  • Information regarding grants and loans awarded students.

What We Do With The Information We Collect

Information regarding your institution is used to establish a presence for your institution on the service’s computer system.

We take every precaution to assure that information about your institution is not shared with any party other than the auditor you have assigned to complete your institution’s audit. We are required by federal regulation and our service agreement with your institution to provide information about your institution’s Title IV financial aid programs to the U.S. Department of Education, if requested.

When required, information about your institution is provided to the Central Processing System (CPS), and its affiliate contractors to provide EDE services for FAFSA data entry, ISIR delivery and corrections to incorrect ISIRS.

Consumer Information

We do not sell any of the personal information we collect about our potential, current or former customers to any third party. We do not share mailing lists or other private information about your institution with anyone other than those previously indicated under "What We Do With The Information We Collect".

Unless a customer consents, we do not disclose "consumer credit report" type of information bearing on credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living to any person requesting such information.

If an institution desires that such credit information be provided to a third party, the institution’s President or CEO should make the request in writing that such information be revealed. The third party named, or its representatives should be identified in the letter of request.

Telephone requests will not be honored. Letters of request may be faxed to (864) 674-9017.

Computer Security

Thousands of dollars have been spent providing extensive firewalls and external security for the computer systems which house your student’s records. The system is protected against computer viruses and against intrusion from Internet hackers, and is backed up both internally and externally throughout the day and night.

If questions arise regarding the company’s Privacy Policy, please write or call.
